To prevent damage during transportation, we keep each Luckeep X1 in a pre-assembled state at the factory. This means that all users can assemble the Luckeep X1 within 10 minutes by following the user manual or our assembly tutorial videos. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guidelines on ourYouTube channel.

How old do I need to be to ride a Luckeep E-Bike?
In accordance with local US laws, Luckeep recommends that only riders aged 14 and above ride on our electric bikes. Be sure to check your local state e-bike laws to guarantee the age limit for e-bike riding.
Do I need a special license to ride an E-Bike?
Luckeep E-bikes are designed under US regulations. Therefore riders will not need any special license to ride our bikes. This is true only of Luckeep branded bikes and does not carry over to all other types of electric bikes.
Have Luckeep's electric bikes been safety certified?
All Luckeep electric bikes for sale have passedUL 2849international certification and undergone tens of thousands of laboratory tests to ensure that every Luckeep electric bike leaving the factory has the best performance.
